| A: | We're open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am- 10:00am for consignor appointments. Our regular operating hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm. |

| Q: | Can I return an item for a refund? |
| A: | Sorry, we do not offer refunds. We would be happy to exchange items within 5 days of purchase. You must present your receipt and the tags must still be attached. |

| Q: | Do I have to register to create a wish list? |
| A: | Yes, in order for your wish list to be saved, you must create a unique username and password. |
| Q: | How does the Wish List work? |
| A: | Once you log in, you can add and/or remove items from your wish list. Whenever we receive an item that is on your wish list, you will receive an email alert with a description and photo (if available). This is in no way a guarantee that the item will be held for you, but is merely an alert service. Many people are searching for the same types of items, so you'll probably need to act fast! |
| Q: | How do I stop receiving Wish List alert emails? |
| A: | Simply remove items from your Wish List if you no longer desire to receive Wish List alert emails about them. Voila! |
| Consignment: | |
| Q: | What types of items do you accept on consignment? |
| A: | We accept gently used children's clothes (newborn - 14), toys, dvds, books, furniture, linens, diaper bags, strollers, car seats, and other children's items as well as maternity clothes. Items dropped off for consignment should be clean and in good condition. |
| Q: | How do I become a Consignor? |
| A: | Simply complete a Consignor Agreement, which can be picked up from our store or printed here, and bring it in with your items. |
| Q: | Will I get to choose for how much my items will sell? |
| A: | We'll be happy to work with you to determine the best, reasonable price for your items. Consignors typically receive 40% of the selling price. |
| Q: | What happens to my items if they do not sell? |
| A: | When you complete your Consignor Agreement, you can choose to pick up unsold items or allow us to donate them to a local charity. |

| Q: | What types of classes do you offer? |
| A: | At this time, we are pleased to offer two types of classes. Class space is limited, so pre-registration is required. Children's Art Classes - Drop your child off for an hour while you go grocery shopping or hang out at the store with us. We'll offer different fun projects every week. The charge per class per child is $25. Payment should be made at time of registration. Check out our Class Calendar for more info. Ages 5 - 10 Baby Sign Language Classes - Learn some basic American Sign Language to use with your child. There is no charge for this class, but donations are accepted. Ages Newborn+ |
